You draft letters ready for signature, manage internal communications, update and duplicate documents and forms, and monitor and coordinate appointments.
You review and distribute incoming mail, check outgoing mail for completeness, and manage orders for office supplies, IT equipment, and travel resources in MyMall / OneSAM and SAP, including invoice processing.
Your administrative duties also include maintaining files, compiling statistics, creating charts and diagrams, and organizing office filing.
You handle business trip arrangements, including BTAT processing, visa, and work permits for international travel.
Communication tasks involve managing phone calls, obtaining and forwarding information, attending to visitors, organizing meetings, and documenting necessary information in internal tools.
You create text/graphic slides, process internal communications, conduct article research, and act as a liaison between employees and management, possibly communicating in a foreign language.
How You’ll Make an Impact · Provide support to site managers in the processing and management of claims · Review and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement · Assist in the development and implementation of claim management strategies · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to claims management · Connect with site managers and other relevant stakeholders to address claim-related issues · Collaborate with the claims management team to build and maintain best practices for claim handling · Prepare and present reports on claim management activities and performance What You Bring · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a relevant field · Previous experience in claims management or a related field · Strong understanding of insurance and claims processing · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to analyze data and identify trends · Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications · Strong organizational and time management skills · Native speaker in country employed preferable · Fluent English in written and spoken About the Team The Project Entity Offshore Team is a dynamic and dedicated group of professionals committed to delivering excellence in offshore projects.
