Job Description Gameloft Barcelona is looking for a Communication Manager to join its communication department.
Under the supervision of the director of communications, the communication manager will promote Gameloft Barcelona’s brand image to its various audiences.
Through their passion and creativity, the person in this position will demonstrate their organizational skills, communication skills and sense of initiative.
Their main responsibilities will be.
Taking part in the creation and development of communications plans Coordinating public-relations work Suggesting and seizing upon relevant potential opportunities for increased visibility Managing Gameloft Barcelona’s various social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook and X) Drafting press documents, and developing newsletters and video content Performing media and digital monitoring Contributing to communications for the entire studio Taking part in the organisation of external events and assisting with internal events Coordinating the production of multimedia content (photos, videos, etc.) in order to enhance Gameloft Barcelona’s brand image Initiating and taking part in various projects (HR, employer brand, corporate culture) Contributing to efforts to mobilize teams as part of various projects that aim to improve the corporate brand Handling all other related tasks Qualifications At least 5 years’ experience in communications Degree in communications, with experience in public relations or a related field Bilingual with excellent writing skills (Spanish and English, but Catalan is a plus) Good understanding of integrated communications Good grasp of local and national media Knowledge of social media, especially LinkedIn Ability to collaborate with Gameloft’s various departments and game teams Ability to support managers, to put in place strategies, and to innovate Ability to work in a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a creative spirit Thorough, with good people skills, organisational skills and sound judgment Being available, on rare occasions, for assignments that may occur outside normal work hours (for example, participating in an industry event on a weeknight or weekend) And, above all, motivation and a passion for your work!   Please attach a resume in English to your application.
