Serás el encargado de publicar el plan de contenido mensual, contestar a todos los comentarios y consultas recibidos fortaleciendo el vínculo con los consumidores, y detectar posibles tendencias o TT que puedan surgir.
Los canales que gestionarás serán las redes sociales (Social Media) y los canales de atención al consumidor (Care) a través de email y teléfono.
Participarás proactivamente en las reuniones de equipo con el fin de informar sobre el estado del proyecto.
Realizarás informes cuantitativos y cualitativos mensuales sobre la performance en Social Media y Care.
Investigarás nuevas tendencias en RRSS que contribuyan con la creación de contenidos para las marcas y/o clientes actuales.
