What will be your responsibilities?

Content Strategy Development: Define and lead the content strategy to strengthen MiiN’s brand recognition across Europe, discovering new opportunities to grow our community.

Creative Concept Development: Create innovative concepts for campaigns, influencer partnerships, social media, events, and all customer touchpoints, building compelling storytelling that highlights our brand essence.

Brand Voice Management: Establish and maintain MiiN’s unique tone of voice across all channels—website, social media, advertising, and beyond.

Strategic Copywriting: Develop captivating and strategic copy that aligns with our brand values and speaks to our audience across channels like our website, newsletters, social media, and ad campaigns.

Team Leadership: Lead and support the content team, set priorities, and oversee project deliveries to ensure timelines and goals are met.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, audiovisual, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive content across all platforms, while aligning with SEO, advertising, and affiliate teams.

Content Optimization: Continuously review and enhance existing content based on KPIs to ensure a data-driven approach that boosts engagement.

Social Media Supervision: Oversee social media channels, manage community interactions, and ensure a consistent brand voice that resonates with our followers.

Campaign Coordination: Collaborate on multichannel campaigns with the Digital Marketing and Visual teams, delivering on time and on budget.

Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.

Product Launches: Lead product launch strategies across online and offline channels, ensuring impactful brand messaging and customer engagement.
Minimum requirements Required Skills and Experience:
4-5 years’ experience in content strategy and management, ideally within B2C brands.
Proven creative skills in conceptualizing and storytelling.
Advanced experience defining and managing brand voice.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in international settings.
Data-driven decision-making experience using KPIs.
Proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
A keen understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
