Your mission.
As part of the Production Team, we are currently looking for an Continuous Improvement Advisor reporting to the Pharmaceutical Sites Director.
Your mission will be.
Drive process optimization, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.
As a crucial part of the challenge, you’ll be leveraging your expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and change management methodologies to identify opportunities, apply solutions and achieve measurable improvements in a variety of functions working together with cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
Responsibilities.
Process Improvement.
identify inefficiencies, lead root cause analysis (RCA) for deviations or inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Lean and Six Sigma Deployment Project Management.
manage improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
Centric line culture & servant-leadership.
Performance Monitoring.
Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Change Management.
Drive organizational change by aligning stakeholders, managing resistance, and ensuring successful implementation of improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
Advanced certifications (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP) are a plus.
Tools and Systems.
Process mapping tools and data analysis software (e.
., Minitab, Excel, Power BI) & knowledge of ERP systems (e.
., SAP) is an advantage.
Fluent in English.
5+ years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
