📢 We are looking for a Contract Management to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth!Functions & Responsibilities:Responsible for the drafting, review, execution, and management of contracts to ensure the legality and effectiveness of the contracts.Communicate and coordinate with relevant professional areas of the department, collect and organize contract-related information, and timely update and maintain contract data and information.Cooperate with the asset management manager to supervise the department's contract performance process, ensure that all parties perform their obligations in accordance with the contract, and solve problems in contract execution in a timely manner.Participate in the review of contract payment and provide support for the payment of the contract and the implementation of reward and punishment clauses.Responsible for the management of department contracts and promoting the standardization of contract management.Responsible for communicating and coordinating with the company's legal and compliance department to ensure the rationality and compliance of department contract texts.Liaise with headquarters and procurement team to assist the department in completing relevant bidding and procurement work.Participate in contract negotiations, assist the Asset Management Manager, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers, customers, or partners to ensure that the company's interests are effectively protected while maintaining good business relationships.Assist the Asset Management Manager with contract change requests, assess the impact of changes on the business, and adjust contract terms where necessary. Document and report contract changes to ensure transparency and compliance.Be able to become familiar with laws, regulations and systems related to company contract management and recruitment management as soon as possible, and provide support for department contract negotiations, contract changes, contract approval and signing, etc.Collaborate in the definition of insurance coverage strategies at the group level (third party, mech damage, loss of profit insurance policies). Provide support with the different brokers in the renewal of policies and claims management.Participate in other matters related to department contract management.Training & Experience Requirements (mandatory):Bachelor’s degree in Law, Contract Management, or any other related discipline; or equivalent work experience.At least 3 years of experience in Legal and Contract Management experience, familiar with Spanish regulations and policies.English (Advance – equivalent to C1).Spanish (Advance – equivalent to C1).Additional requirements (desired):Chinese (Advance – equivalent to HSK 6).Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Communication and coordination skills.Teamwork spirit and be able to effectively coordinate and solve problems in contract execution.Logical thinking and risk identification ability, able to independently analyze and solve problems.Work carefully and conscientiously, have a sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.👉 Please apply with an English CV!
