Informar a los clientes sobre precios, disponibilidad, pedidos pendientes (pendientes), entregas
Crear ofertas/cotizaciones para los clientes y hacer un seguimiento de las mismas
Asegurarse de que el envío de los productos se realice dentro de los plazos establecidos por el cliente
Contacto constante con los clientes y resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones.
Gestión de pedidos de manera integra, mediante Dynamics 365 y EDI.
Analizar y aplicar mejora continuada de procesos.
Implementar KPIs al equipo y controlarlos.
Comunicación con todos los departamentos.
Responsable junto con el KAM de las grandes cuentas. Coordinador/a de Customer Service (h/m), requiere de:
Inglés Alto. Valorable Portugués.
Valorable conocimiento de Dynamics y pedidos EDI.
Muy valorable experiencia previa en compañía de DIY , realizando las mismas tareas.
Alta capacidad en la gestión de equipos.
