-Titulación Universitaria de Economía, Empresariales, Marketing o similares. Deseable formación en investigación y técnicas de mercado.
Formación en CEX.
-Nivel Alto de inglés.
-Conocimientos necesarios:
-Conocimientos en modelos de Customer Experience. Implantación y desarrollo de las distintas fases y sus KPIs.
-Gestión de procesos
-Gestión de proyectos
-Gestión de equipos
-Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia.
-Experiencia implantando proyectos de experiencia de cliente en empresas medianas o grandes.
-Capacidad para liderar y ejecutar proyectos de mejora.
-Análisis y control de procesos (de inicio a fin) para su optimización y mejora.
-Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares internos (DSI, CBS, Asesoría Jurídica, negocios) y externos (proveedores de herramientas para la medición de experiencia de cliente y de estudios de satisfacción de clientes).
-Experiencia en la realización de cuadros de mando y reportes a la dirección para el seguimiento de proyectos y KPIs.
-Localización: Torre Cepsa (Madrid).
