We have developed a powerful tool (an app and a digital platform) for wellness professionals (personal trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, fitness centers, etc.) to help them grow their businesses and focus on their passion.We are a fast-growing startup with a dynamic team, and we dream BIG.🚀About the PositionThe Customer Experience Specialist position is one of the best roles for getting to know and understand our customers’ needs. You will gain direct experience interacting with customers at all levels, in various disciplines within the wellness industry and across the globe. This stimulating role will test your skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to drive results for our customers. The Customer Experience Specialist will:Provide assistance and support to our customers daily via chat, video calls, and email.Analyze data and provide recommendations on how to improve our customer support processes.Gather relevant feedback from our customers about needs, new features, challenges with the platform, problems, etc.Become a product expert.
