** Key Responsibilities:**.
- Collaborate with the operations team to process orders, address customer inquiries, and coordinate shipments..
- Organize deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment..
- Manage stock transfers between warehouses in the UK, France, and the US..
- Track stock movements and prepare reports using SAP..
- Handle invoices, credit notes, and shipment logistics, ensuring cost-efficiency..
- Resolve shipment or inventory issues and maintain data accuracy....
** Requirements:**.
- Strong communication skills..
- Proactive and able to work independently..
- Experience in customer service, logistics, and SAP..
- Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
Experiencia.

9am to 5.
