Tu función principal será dar respuesta a los correos electrónicos y llamadas de los huéspedes.
¿Qué funciones realizaras?
Responder a preguntas sobre servicios del hotel, atracciones locales, transporte, etc. ya sea de manera telefónica o vía email.
Atender y gestionar solicitudes especiales de los huéspedes.
Resolver problemas o inquietudes que puedan surgir durante su estancia en nuestro alojamiento.
Escuchar y resolver las quejas de los huéspedes de manera profesional y eficiente.
Escalar los problemas graves a los supervisores o gerentes cuando sea preciso.
Requisitos:
Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y priorizar eficazmente.
Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad de la información.
Don de gentes.
Facilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y profesional ya sea de manera verbal o escrita.
Dominio del paquete Office y correo electrónico.
Indispensable inglés, valorables otros idiomas.
Residencia en la isla.
Medio de transporte.
