Compañía dedicada a la distribución de ingredientes específicos en distintos sectores industriales . Precisa incorporar un nuevo miembro del equipo, con función de CUSTOMER SERVICE en Barcelona. Responsabilidades y tareas principales:Atención telefónica, filtro de llamadas y gestión de emails.Realizar el seguimiento de los pedidos desde su salida hasta su entrega.Resolución de incidencias.Cotejar las facturas.Ingresar la información de la mercancIa recibida en el sistema.Hacer informes de ventas/ComprasArchivar la documentación.Verificar la existencia real de materias primas.Realizar el inventario de materias primas.Comprobar el estado de conservación o deterioro y las condiciones de seguridad de los productos.Gestionar la totalidad de actividades logísticas, control estocs almacén.Controlar y gestionar los distintos almacenes de la Compañía.Requisitos: Formación/ experiencia:Formación mínima: Formación Profesional de Grado Superior, Diplomatura/ Licenciatura.Experiencia ocupando posiciones similares.Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Office, SAP BUSSINES ONE).Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo C1).Carnet de conducir.Condiciones contractuales:Contrato indefinido (40 horas semanales); Paquete retributivo: SBA= 28-30K
