Elaboració de KPI'S de clients.
Elaboració de Comunicats generals i massius a Clients.
Enquesta de Qualitat a Client (anual o semestral)

Requisitos mínimos Busquem a una persona amb:
Estudis o experiència aptes per al càrrec i/o específics en transport i logística.
Imprescindible nocions d'anglès i francès.
Experiència en el tracte amb el client.
Persona resolutiva davant de situacions crítiques.
Es valora experiència en el sector del transport internacional.
