Funciones:
Atención post venta al cliente Nacional e Internacional.
Gestión administrativa post venta.
Analizar y tratar los conflictos con los contactos internos y externos.
Validar y registrar los pedidos de los clientes.
Mantener a los clientes informados del estado y progreso de sus pedidos.
Participar en proyectos de innovación y mejora continua.
Gestión de incidencias relacionadas.
Relación e interacción con otras áreas y departamentos.
Conocer, evaluar y optimizar el producto y stocks de las tiendas.
Apoyar en tareas administrativas generalistas.
Requisitos:
Estudios deseados: estudios Universitarios relacionados con el puesto.
Estudios mínimos: Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior.
Idiomas requeridos: Español – Nivel Nativo o Bilingüe / Inglés – Nivel Avanzado, se valorarán otros idiomas.
Pasión y conocimiento por el sector.
Calidad de la comunicación y orientación al cliente, flexibilidad demostrando al mismo tiempo rigor en el cumplimiento de los procedimientos.
Perfil dinámico, resolutivo, orientado a consecución de objetivos.
Identificarse como un perfil muy operacional y de gestión cercana al punto de venta.
Se ofrece:
Categoría: Oficial Administrativo/a.
Contrato de sustitución (1 año aprox.)
Incorporación inmediata.
Jornada completa.
Horario: semanas alternas de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a 15:00 y de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 18:00.
Salario 19k – 20k brutos anuales.
