Cuyas funciones serán.
Soporte al Cliente de Alta Calidad.
Proporcionar un servicio de atención al cliente excelente y directo.
Resolución de Problemas.
Asegurar que los problemas se resuelvan siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos o que se escalen de manera oportuna.
Facilitación de Registro de Conductores/as.
Ayudar en el proceso de registro de nuevos conductores/as.
Apoyo Continuo.
Interactuar y brindar soporte a los/las conductores/as y generadores de ingresos que ya están en la plataforma para ayudarlos a alcanzar un mayor éxito.
Colaboración en Procesos.
Trabajar junto con los responsables para mejorar y construir procesos de soporte más eficientes.
Asistencia en Eventos y Promociones Locales.
Ayudar en la organización y ejecución de eventos y promociones locales.
Resolución Técnica.
Solucionar y resolver problemas técnicos/as de manera eficaz.
Comunicación con Partes Interesadas.
Comunicarse de manera efectiva con diversos grupos de interés cuando sea necesario.
Presentaciones.
Realizar presentaciones a grupos de conductores/as y generadores de ingresos.
