Las funciones a desempeñar son:Atender consultas y resolver incidencias de los clientes por diferentes canales.Proporcionar información sobre productos o servicios.Gestionar reclamaciones y devoluciones de manera efectiva.Ofrecer asistencia técnica cuando sea necesario.labores administrativas inherentes al puestoRequisitos:Experiencia como customer service y/o atención al cliente de 2 añosHaber trabajado en comercializadora de energíaManejo de CRM SIGE. Será un plus manejar Hubspot.Ofrecemos:Paquete salarial de acuerdo al perfil y experiencia.Contrato indefinido e incorporación inmediata.2 días de teletrabajo a la semana.Oficinas en el centro de Madrid
