So, would you like to join our talented team?We are a children's fashion brand that, among other key aspects, is committed to ensuring a top-quality customer attention, so your role will be vital for us. These will be your main tasks:Manage eshop orders and send the information to our logistics partners.Manage sample requests for press in line with PR strategies.Manage product shipments for the marketing department.Manage purchase incidents and returns related to the eshop.Resolving customers' doubts about the garments or the purchase process.Administrative management of what comes in and what goes out of the warehouses.Support to the logistics department.Logistic and administrative support to marketplaces.Monitor and manage wholesale orders according to sales department. Door to door control of the delivery process.Invoicing and credit collection in coordination with the accounting department.Support to sales teamYou will be an ideal candidate if you are:A higher education marketing or sales graduate or similar studies and / or have at least three years’ experience in a similar position.Used to work with Google Suite (Google Sheets especially), Microsoft Office and SAP. Asana and Shopify are desirable, but not a must.An advanced-level English speaker at least. You will communicate with customers daily in that language.
