Descripción de la oferta En RNB Buscamos a una persona para unirse a nuestro equipo de Customer Service.
Se encargará de gestionar la relación con los clientes, haciendo seguimiento de los pedidos con el objetivo de verificar su correcta recepción en cantidad, calidad y fecha.

Gestionar los envíos desde la planta de RNB hasta el cliente a través del seguimiento logístico con el objetivo de verificar su correcta recepción en cantidad, calidad y fecha.
Mantener al cliente informado sobre el estado de todos sus pedidos y envíos (mantenimiento de archivos de seguimiento, atención telefónica directa, reuniones, etc.).
Hacer seguimiento con los diferentes departamentos (aprovisionamiento, planificación, calidad, desarrollo de producto) y con el operador logístico para asegurar el servicio.
Seguimiento del Stock disponible.
Gestionar las incidencias del almacén externo.
Requisitos Formación en Comercio Exterior o similar.
Experiencia como planificador y/o Demand planner en entorno industrial.
Conocimiento de Incoterms y Aduanas.
Inglés avanzado
