BK December INDUSTRY AND CAPITAL GOODS FUNCTIONS Reportando a la dirección del departamento, la misión de esta posición es la atención personalizada a los clientes de forma rápida y efectiva, resolviendo posibles problemas con empatía y cuidado, así como documentar el seguimiento de los clientes y compartir esta información con los equipos internos.
Tu día a día se desarrollará desempeñando las siguientes funciones:.
Recepcionar ingreso de pedidos en SAP..
Comprobar la disponibilidad del producto..
Coordinar Planificación de Materiales.
Verificar y enviar confirmaciones de pedido..
Crear documentos/certificados relacionados con pedidos..
Enviar documentos relacionados con pedidos a clientes, afiliados o agentes..
Manejar muestras pre-embarque y co-embarque.
Manejar muestras para afiliados (Exportación).
FORMACIÓN, COMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES.
Grado Formativo superior en Administración, o similar..
Inglés nivel First..
Se valorará el francés.
Dominio de.
SAP y MS Office (Word y Excel).
Orientación al cliente.
2 años mínimo en las funciones descritas..
Pensamiento analítico, organización y planificación, trabajo en equipo, resiliencia y habilidades comunicativas consolidadas.
