advert->language($csl)->content --> Job Description Customer Service Advisors - Dutch/Italian/French speakers Based in Malta, the Customer Service Advisors will work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and will be responsible for processing renewal applications, changes to policy cover and supporting various customer/dealer enquiries.​ The Customer Service Advisors will report to the Contact Centre Manager.

What the day will look like Managing renewal cancellation​ Providing the customer with the right proof of insurance​ Modifying payment details​ Managing policy signatures Assisting the sales team with upsells and renewals​ Serving as a day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and maintaining excellent relationships​ Responding to various customer inquiries​ Providing an exceptional customer experience​ Day to day management support to senior advisors How this opportunity is different This is a unique opportunity to shape and support a customer contact service delivery organization supporting the Belgian/Italian markets for a new motor insurance offering, where Aon is acting as an exclusive agent.
Skills and experience that will lead to success Fluent in Dutch, Italian or French at B1 or higher; English level.
