JOB DESCRIPTION:Allocated to our PT organization we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive team member in the function of Customer Service Desk – Cluster EuropeAs part of the Business Management Europe the CSD acts as contact person to customers and provide them with efficient and consistent customer service. Key activity is the order management. The CSD provides information on all customer inquiries along with the order management process. This is a permanent and full-time position to be based in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona.Key responsibilities:Order processing – creation, availability checks, confirmation and active delivery status to customerOrder processing – escalate unconfirmed items, check alternative solutions with other Departments (Planning, Order fulfillment)Ensure data quality from order entry to invoice output – order completion, pricing accuracy, F2 creationManage special order types – Sampling, FOC, Bulk shipments, Consignment, Returns, Credit Notes, QNSManage all SD documents – provide order confirmation, delivery notes, certificates, e.g. COAEnsure business rule adherence – order lead times, MOV, Service segmentation, Customer Master DataPartecipate proactively in Supply Chain activities and Projects (Slobs, Near Misses Analysis, Shortages, Forecast accuracy)Close work with Sales team (attend Sales meetings monthly, SAP support, update on issues and solutionsSupports audit requirements and activitiesProfile:Min 3 years of experience in the customer service Good SAP knowledge (understanding of SD processing and SAP related tools) English language is a must, Spanish & Italian are required for backup reasons Strong communication skillsCustomer oriented attitude Structural workingBeing flexible, open and proactiveTeam worker that effectively collaborates with internal & external parties Coming from a chemical industry is a plus Experience with MS Office (Excel, Porwerpoint) for reporting and Internal Data analysis Your application:If your background and personal experience fits with this profile, please send your complete application via Linkedin.
