CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

At Asendia Spain, we are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional team management and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the customer service team, ensuring high levels of efficiency and quality.Develop and monitor KPIs, ensuring the achievement of goals and continuous improvement of the service.Provide creative and effective solutions for problem resolution and process improvement.Collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, IT, etc.) to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.Participate in global projects to enhance customer service processes and share best practices across regions.Implement strategies for customer loyalty and retentionSupervise the handling of inquiries, complaints, and customer requestsReport directly to senior management and present regular performance reports.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company within the logistics or postal sector.Advanced level of English (B2 minimum)Experience managing multidisciplinary and remote teams.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities under pressure.Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer-oriented.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience working on global projects is highly valued.What We Offer:Permanent contract with a competitive salary.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities within a growing company.Dynamic and international working environment.Hybrid work
