Tus principales funciones serán.
Capacitar a OEM´s y ensambladores según solicitud y necesidades del negocio.
Implementar conocimiento de alto nivel en el mercado y recopilar información para acciones correctivas y mejoras.
Controlar las incidencias.
Coordina con el departamento de Cadena de Suministro para la recogida de piezas y envíos de reemplazo.
Guíar a los clientes a través de procesos de diagnóstico y solución de problemas.
Preparar informes de clientes para realizar un seguimiento del progreso de las acciones de mejora.
