Cigna se caracteriza por ofrecer un servicio personal y excelente a sus asegurados, es por ello que buscamos un profesional de la Atención al Cliente que sea capaz de entender, escuchar, empatizar y resolver de forma proactiva y autónoma las diversas solicitudes de nuestros clientes.
La persona seleccionada debe tener una clara orientación al cliente, haciendo de cada interacción una experiencia única con el cliente, en el que sienta que Cigna cuida de su salud haciendo las cosas fáciles y fiables.
Se incorporará a un equipo de trabajo dinámico con alto nivel de conocimientos y experiencia, por ello deberá demostrar alta flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación.
Funciones Principales Gestión de llamadas, mails y faxes de clientes, TPAs y proveedores, siguiendo los SLAs marcados por la compañía.
Gestión autorizaciones médicas siguiendo SLAs marcados.
Gestión Quejas y Reclamaciones.
Comunicación con los demás departamentos.
Información y orientación al cliente.
Gestión de tareas administrativas derivadas del puesto.
Organización y planificación de prioridades.
Contribuir a la consecución de objetivos globales e individuales.
Formación y Experiencia Formación mínima a nivel de Bachillerato.
Experiencia en Atención al Cliente, preferiblemente en llamadas In Bound.
Experiencia en el sector Salud valorable.
Pack Office nivel Usuario.
Valorable conocimiento y uso de herramientas de gestión de la relación con el cliente.
CRM.
Curso de excelencia telefónica, inteligencia emocional y LOPD.
Inglés alto valorable.
Experiencia en gestiones administrativas de tipo Back Office.
Condiciones del puesto Contrato indefinido.
Horarios rotativos,cada 15 dias se cambia de un horario a otro.(de 8.
