I Am Abiomed | I Am Heart Recovery | Patients First! Providing high-quality customer service.
Comprehensive service for external and internal customers, in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
Order processing and delivery monitoring accordingly with cut-offs.
Providing feedback to all inquiries coming from external and internal customers, handling complaints and returns.
Cooperation with other departments in the company.
Responsibilities will include.
Customer Service o Contact person for the sales team in the field as well as customers throughout Europe o Processing incoming orders for the Abiomed product range in SAP o Tracking and filing of orders o Preparation of quotes for the Sales team in SAP o Complaints processing o Contract management o Issuing of reports for Sales & internal partners Qualifications Work experience in Customer Services ideally in medical environment Experience in dealing with customers and in order follow-up Excellent communication skills in German and English Additional languages are a plus (French, Spanish, Italian) Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, SAP S4 Hana, Salesforce) Analytical thinking skills Ability to work under time pressure Attention to details High level of energy, engagement and responsibility Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Flexibility of work in the dynamic, changing environment Excellent communication skills, good working relationship Business awareness and focus on achieving common goals Highly developed interpersonal skills, responsibility and ethics
