ENSURE EFFICIENCY.YOUR TASKS:Basic Troubleshooting: You’ll assist users in diagnosing and resolving common hardware and software problems, such as password resets, email configuration, printer issues, and software installations.User Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, emails, or chat messages from end-users who require assistance. You may need to follow predefined scripts or knowledge base articles.Documentation: Keep detailed records of user issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system.Escalation: When you can’t resolve an issue at the Level 1 support stage, you’ll escalate it to Level 2 or Level 3 support specialists.Software Support: Offer guidance on how to use standard software applications, troubleshoot application issues, and assist with software updates.FEELING SATISFACTION.
