Sus tareas principales consistirán en.
Atención telefónica a clientes, facilitando información y asesorando sobre productos.
Gestión de pedidos vía mail y telefónicamente.
Creación y mantenimiento de fichas de clientes en el sistema de gestión Gestión de incidencias en los envíos y recogidas de material de los clientes Elaboración de presupuestos de venta bajo las directrices de la dirección comercial Requisitos Formación en Grado Medio o Superior en administración o gestión de ventas.
Persona con clara vocación de servicio al cliente.
Experiencia previa como administrativa en atención al cliente y back office comercia Acostumbrado/a a trabajar en equipo.
Residir cerca al puesto de empleo.
Ingles (muy valorable) Se ofrece Contrato de carácter estable.
3 meses por ETT+ incorporación a empresa.
