¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?
En dependencia del/a Responsable de Customer Service te responsabilizarás de:
Gestión de llamadas: Atender y emitir llamadas a clientes para recoger pedidos y gestionar el proceso desde la recepción hasta el cobro.
Fidelización de clientes actuales: Velar por el mantenimiento del nivel de compras de los clientes actuales, garantizando una relación sólida y continua.
Venta cruzada y campañas: Ofrecer productos nuevos y promociones especiales para aumentar el volumen de ventas.
Reactivación de clientes inactivos: Contactar con antiguos clientes para evaluar su posible reactivación y valorar sus necesidades actuales.
Resolución de incidencias: Gestionar cualquier incidencia relacionada con los pedidos, ya sea de servicio, calidad o cobro, y coordinar con los departamentos internos para asegurar una rápida resolución.
Seguimiento proactivo: Informar puntualmente a los clientes de cualquier anomalía en el servicio (plazos de entrega, disponibilidad de producto, precios, etc.).
Colaboración con el equipo comercial: Reportar cualquier irregularidad en las compras de los clientes, como reducción en el volumen de ventas, quejas o cambios de frecuencia, para asegurar una respuesta adecuada.
Cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas: Trabajar para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales marcados por la empresa, contribuyendo al crecimiento del negocio
Al perfil seleccionado se le ofrece:
Posición estable con contratación directa por empresa.
Horario de 9:00 a 18:00 de Lunes a Viernes con una parada de una hora para comer.
