CUSTOMER SUCCESS / BUSINESS MANAGER

VIE BARCELONE | mars mois Dans le cadre de l’ouverture de notre première agence à Barcelone, nous cherchons un Customer Success/Business Manager pour développer la marque Twimm à Barcelone et participer à ce beau projet d’expansion.
Poste et missions Identifier les prospects ciblés Effectuer un démarchage de prospection (appels, mails, réunions) Répondre aux appels et mails entrants Présenter et soutenir les offres techniques et commerciales, négocier et conclure des affaires Établir et entretenir des relations avec la communauté espagnole du second-oeuvre du bâtiment (leaders d’opinion, décideurs, équipes opérationnelles) Être le point de contact privilégié du client sur tout le déploiement du projet Implémenter le contrat selon le planning établi Suivre le plan de facturation Créer et paramétrer les instances Clients Former les utilisateurs Clients Recueillir les besoins de développements additionnels des clients (si compatibles avec la roadmap produit) et établir les propositions commerciales Remonter aurpès du support France les éventuels dysfonctionnements• 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la vente de services en B to B• Bon négociateur• Travail en équipe dans un environnement Start up• Rigoureux• Autonome• Très bon niveau d’espagnol et de français (idéalement bilingue)• Maîtrise des outils et logiciels bureautiquesQualités requises• Aisance relationnelle et bon communicant• Travail en équipe• Excellente capacité organisationnelle• Réactivité et respect des engagements• Fort intérêt pour le produit• Pédagogie et diplomatie• Compétences & connaissances.
Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et connaissance du métier de nos clients et leurs processus de travail• Intérêt pour l’écosystème du digital
