CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER-INTERSHIP

As an intern in the Customer Success department, you will join the international team composed of the regional director, sales executives for the Spanish and Italian markets and a CSM. Your responsibilities will be the following:- Provide technical and functional support to customers in the completion of their surveys.- Management of a portfolio of freemium clients (companies or schools).- Integration of clients in the back-office and configuration of their surveys.- Closing of the survey and accreditation. -Participate and take responsibility in transversal projects aimed at improving the customer experience in the use of the platform.Currently pursuing a master's degree at a business school or university, you are looking for a 6-month internship at the end of your studies.You have previous experience in customer service and/or portfolio management; experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.You have a genuine interest in HR and CSR issues.You demonstrate thoroughness in project management, pedagogical skills and an excellent sense of interpersonal relationships.You have a good level of Spanish or Italian, enabling you to support our international clients in the success of their surveys; knowledge of English is an asset.You enjoy working in a team.
