As one of the most exciting and fast-growing startups in Spain, we are on a mission to transform the guest experience and streamline operations for our clients.About the Role:Chekin.com is seeking a proactive and driven Customer Success Manager for the Italian Market to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing and enhancing client relationships, mainly with Italian long-tail and mid-market accounts, and skilled in driving customer satisfaction and upselling within those relationships.Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain and grow strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance customer adoption of our solutions and continual improvement of their experience.- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature launches and client onboarding.- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.- Solve simple issues and escalate complex ones to the technical team.Qualifications:- 3-5 years of professional experience in Account Management/Customer Success- Experience in the Travel Tech environment is a MUST.- Proactively upsell additional services and products to existing clients.- Required languages: Italian (mother tongue), English (fluent), Spanish is a nice to have.- Proven ability to manage 150+ accounts efficiently, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data to inform upsell opportunities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.- Self-reliant and proactive, with a willingness to try new strategies for upselling.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client demands.What We Offer:- A competitive salary and an uncapped commission structure that rewards performance.- A collaborative and dynamic work environment in a fast-growing startup.- Opportunities for professional growth and development in customer success and account management.- The flexibility of a 100% remote job, empowering you to work from anywhere.
