As a Customer Success Specialist, you will implement information security technology and processes in various customers. Additionally, you will help them reach their business goals (e.g. getting a security certification), ensuring their satisfaction.What you’ll do as a Customer Success Specialist at Qalea:Build and own customer relationships, ensuring our customers achieve success and derive maximum value from us.Channel communication with customers, acting as the main point of contact.Become a cybersecurity specialist: implement and maintain Qalea’s technology (e.g. EDR/SIEM, automated pentesting tools) and processes within the customer’s organization.Assist in the certification processes, including the preparation of necessary documentation for audits. Certifications may range between ISO 27001, ENS, PCI-DSS, or others.Key qualifications:1+ years of experience working in Customer Success, or relevant customer-facing roles.Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or other relevant fields.Ability to move fast and take ownership.Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to converse effectively at all levels of seniority. Proven success of communicating effectively in Spanish and English.The ideal candidate for this position would also have:Experience working in startups or scaleups.A bachelor or masters degree in IT, preferably with cybersecurity specialization.Experience with cybersecurity technology and tools (e.g. EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanners).Experience in conducting audits and assessments, including the preparation and review of audit documentation.Perks & benefitsHyper growth: We are one of the fastest growing cybersecurity companies in Spain.
