Project Manager for Cybersecurity Program - International Banking ProjectAre you a passionate and driven Project Manager looking to make an impact in the banking industry? Join our international division and collaborate with some of the most talented cybersecurity engineers and technicians from around the globe.What is the project about?We are looking for an experienced Project Manger to lead the Cybersecurity Program for a customer in the banking industry. Key responsibilities include:Lead a team of four Spanish cybersecurity consultants.Prepare for NIST audit requirements with a focus on compliance, security, and auditing.Manage the transition phase as ALTEN takes over the project from a departing provider.Handle a highly sensitive project politically within the bank, requiring exceptional leadership and management skills.What are we looking for?Excellent project management skills, experience in banking and security projects, and excellent English skills (equivalent to C1).Experience in project steering, especially with a background in banking audits driven by ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, etc.Preferably, an experienced Project Manager who can manage nearshore colleagues and communicate effectively at the highest management levels.Given that the project is significantly larger than initially anticipated, we require highly experienced professionals with audit/consulting backgrounds.The candidate should have 8-10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity.Competence in the auditing process is essential.What do we offer?Competitive Salary.Long-term secure contract.International projects with top technologies.Remote work with a flexible schedule.Become a part of a highly qualified team of professionals.Travel abroad with your project to Germany.Specialized training and continuous professional development.Social benefits and flexible compensation plan.We positively value all work or study experience abroad.All vacancies require a high level of English - please send your CV in English
