Who we are?Trialing is a digital health startup that was born in Barcelona in 2021 with the mission of providing equal opportunities for access to clinical trials for all patients. Clinical trials are a unique opportunity for patients to access the most innovative treatments or receive treatment when there are no other alternatives available. Our goal is to develop technological tools that enable professionals to offer these trials to all patients.We have developed a platform that allows doctors to find clinical trials through an algorithm-based search engine that mimics the reasoning of a physician. Furthermore, we provide support for patient referrals from one hospital to another. As a result, every day we help many patients gain access to new treatments that they would not have otherwise been able to access.After two years of progress, with users in over 250 hospitals, we have established ourselves as leaders in the sector in Spain and are now expanding to other countries worldwide. The role consists of the management, organisation, transformation and maintenance of hospital and clinical trials databases. You will also be one of the people in charge of maintaining contact with collaborating hospitals, both in Spain and abroad.Responsibilities:Monitoring the status of clinical trials, based on public registries and collaborating hospitals.Optimisation of discharge processes and updating of hospitals.Curation and formatting of unstructured data.Review, quality control and congruence analysis of our databases.Follow-up of referral requests, maintaining contact with users and hospitals.Collaborate with the data department to coordinate the collection of all types of data related to clinical trials and optimise their analysis.Collaborate with the medical department for the correct understanding, updating and publication of the available clinical trials.About youWe are looking for someone with knowledge of clinical trials and motivation to work in a team.Requirements:Certificate of training in the field of clinical trials, health or research.Medium proficiency in excel and google sheets, with demonstrable experience working with databases.Ability to speak and write in English at a high level.Capable of learning new digital tools.Start-up spirit.
