As a Demand Generation Manager at Plytix you will get to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that will make an impact in the retail and ecommerce world. You will educate and engage retail and ecommerce merchants through diverse marketing initiatives, introducing them to the concept of PIM software, which will drive transformational growth for them. This is your opportunity to challenge yourself, learn new skills, and be part of a company that’s changing the way businesses sell products online. What will you be doing?As the Demand Generation Manager, your primary focus will be to plan, design, and optimize Campaign-Based Marketing efforts around our big bets: PIM for Shopify, and PIM for Digital Product Passport Compliance. You will identify and activate the most effective marketing channels and oversee coordinated multi-channel marketing campaigns (think YouTube and Display advertising, podcast sponsorships, influencer sponsorships, events, PR, and more). You will make sure that your campaigns push a unified message to a high-value, niche segment of our upper funnel target audience. The goal is to engage prospects, drive qualified leads, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth.Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:Create and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline growthIdentify key channels for reaching our target audience and ensure messaging is consistent and effective across all platforms and channels.Partner with influencers and media outlets to expand reach and credibilityCreate creative advertising campaigns with compelling offers. Manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously with substantial budgets and maximize lead generation efforts. Track, measure, and analyze the performance of our advertising campaigns and other demand generation efforts, providing regular reports on performance metrics to the team and leadership Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and return on investment (ROI).After 1 month:You’ll start with a crash course in all things related to Plytix by learning how our software works and earning your Product Information Management Certificate. By the end of your first month, you’ll understand our user journey and what companies come to us for. You will have completed your tour of duty in Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing and be ready to dive right in. After 3 months:By the three-month mark, you’ll be fully settled into the team and have made extensive research to map out a plan for your demand generation strategy. You have done a deep dive into getting to know your target audience, industry trends, and the channel landscape, which led you to identify the key channels you want to be using for your multi-channel marketing efforts. You’ll be working closely with other teams, making sure your planned campaigns support our messaging and broader marketing goals. 6 months in:Six months in, you’ll be a key part of the marketing team, overseeing coordinated multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. By now, you’ll have a deep understanding of our industry and customers, which will allow you to craft more strategic, targeted pieces that drive results. You feel energized when faced with a challenge and motivated by identifying and testing various approaches in finding and educating our target audience.By this point, you’ll feel right at home and making a noticeable impact with your work, helping us connect with our audience in new waysWho will you be working with?You’ll be part of our dynamic Marketing team, collaborating closely with other content creators, designers, and digital strategists to bring our campaigns to life.
