This may take the form of either a single large project or a number of smaller projects.
Maximise the opportunity for current and future professional services fees and other revenues by adding value to customer businesses and/or effective management of projects and costs to realise efficiencies, benefits and reduced costs internally.
• Manage, support, maintain and control the build of the global network site infrastructure and projects within the assigned geography • Produce regular accurate and truthful reporting updates on project progress for the project team, stakeholders and business units, using bespoke templates for highlights, Issues & Risks Logs, Finance Records and Dashboards.
Exception reports as required if tolerance levels are being exceeded.
Produce Lessons Learned & Closure reports • Resource Management – maintain relationship with TCTS project management team.
Identify resources required by deployment team members.
Discuss and agree roles & responsibility and rules of engagement • Finance & Benefits Management - At all times seek to identify most efficient use of project funds while achieving a quality and timely delivery to plan • Accountable for managing, forecasting and reporting on all project related budget and expenditure, orchestrate CAPEX POs • Manage and control any changes to the project scope, including change management, using standard method and process.
Maintaining a central log of all work undertaken by the regional deployment team, recording potential changes Who you are • A Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Relevant technical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years project & program management experience in telecommunications field or Network operations environment demonstrating a strong background in transmission and data platform builds • High customer focused individual who is self driven towards defined goals • Proven ability to investigate problem situations, consider key perspectives, analyse needs, evaluate options and define user requirements • Capable of working in virtual teams in cross cultural working environment and at times of heavier workload to drive solutions • Strong team player with proven record of achieving goals set Not a perfect fit?
