Job responsibility Define the architecture, create high level design artifacts, and define technology approaches/processes.
Create and code solutions in a multi-team set-up and ensure a successful implementation of process automation in the CARE domain Hand on Java/microservice development as per the sprint objective Support management in the process of growing the process automation footprint for VOIS in Solstice Build Proof of concepts as required and build BPMN/Camunda Capability in _VOIS Train/Mentor Java developers to upskill on Camunda BPMN and Support the set-up and upskilling of the new team   Application KT would be scheduled.
Internal KT / mentoring based on the weaker areas identified during interviews or project performance would be scheduled.
