Job Responsibilities • Exchange Online.
Manage and maintain Exchange Online environments, including mailbox migrations, hybrid configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Teams.
Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Teams, including integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
• SharePoint Online.
Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and solutions.
• OneDrive.
Administer and support OneDrive for Business, ensuring data security and compliance.
• Active Directory.
Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including user and group management, GPOs, and domain controllers.
• Entra ID (Azure AD).
Implement and manage Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management, including conditional access policies and MFA.
• Security and Compliance.
Implement and manage security policies, compliance settings, and data protection measures.
• Technical Support.
Provide advanced technical support and training to end-users and junior engineers.
• Documentation.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
