DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER SUPPORT

In Spain, we work on a very ambitious project that will lead us to become a relevant player in the renewable market.Being part of the Development Department you will be responsible for overseen the development and permitting of wind and photovoltaic systems and for project planning and coordination of the project team, supporting the Senior Project Manager.Some of the tasks you will be involved in:Primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders.Manage and support the development and permitting of wind and photovoltaic systems up until the handover to our operation and asset management department (time budget, quality…).Identification of potential wind and solar projects.Coordinate and manage local developers, external project and cooperation partners and stakeholders.Coordination and Management of all the permits, licenses and authorizations.Responsible for the creation of the project plan and the coordination of the project team as well as the compliance with the project specifications.Involvement and participation in due diligence processes in the phase of acquisition of projects, as well as being responsible of reliable and trustworthy communication within the team, with the partners and with the stakeholders.Ensure a structured and transparent project process with continuous control of the progress.Representation and image-building of our company in the Spanish market.Your skills:Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.1-3 years of relevant professional experience in the development and implementation of projects in the field of renewable energies.Residence in Madrid.Excellent English skills (spoken and written); German language skills optional.Interest for the renewable energy transition.
