This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on expertise with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and influencer development.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership and StrategyDevelop Accelerator Programs: Design and implement programs that support influencers in achieving exponential growth.Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a long-term strategy for influencer education, ensuring alignment with our agency's goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with influencers, brand managers, and external partners to identify growth opportunities.2. Program and Content ManagementContent Development: Oversee the creation of courses, workshops, and training materials tailored for influencers. Topics include personal branding, audience engagement, monetization strategies, and analytics.LMS Expertise: Evaluate and manage the most effective LMS platforms for training delivery (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific, Moodle).Customized Learning Paths: Develop personalized learning journeys to address individual influencer needs and goals.3. Performance Tracking and ImprovementMetrics-Driven Approach: Implement systems to track the success of learning programs, focusing on measurable influencer growth and ROI.Continuous Improvement: Regularly refine strategies and content based on data, feedback, and market trends.4.
