DLP TRANSFORMATION TEAM LEADER

You will be responsible for engaging with Group Cyber, Corporate Security and Local markets managers and teams to align on priorities, define improvement opportunities, and drive the execution of transformation initiatives.
You will have to work collaboratively with other business functions (Group Cyber, CorpSec, LM, Ops Department) to drive analysis, andset-up where value can be added to the day-to-day operations delivery in DLP.
You will challenge the current processes and ways of working and drives the change by proposing improvement plans, synthesizing analytics, building relationships, and testing ideas to construct and implement a multi-year transformation roadmap.

•You will lead cross functional transformation programs across the Cyber GLS, problem shaping, building solution and implementation • Becomes an expert in Cyber business and have a deep understanding of the service lines’ processes and activities • You will act as a consultant and strategic thought partner to service owners and Local markets.
• You will apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation initiative’s readiness to launch, develops action plans,, and provides advisory throughout the life of the initiative • You will evaluate and analyzes data to support Cyber GLS business strategy/operations and processes improvements • You will Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change • You will uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity • You will communicate with peers across GSL and Local Markets in order to maintain an understanding of priorities, business requirements, existing and future opportunities, environmental impacts, and overall landscape of the DLP operations.
• You will communicates and summarizes transformation initiatives statuses in a succinct manner • You will report transformation progress for DLP overall program / service line status reporting With these skills you are a great candidate.
• You have 2 years experience in project management, business transformation and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) strategies in the technology areas • You have experience leading transformation/improvement programs; define and establish program structure and governance frameworks in relation to business cases management, attend executive steering committee, stakeholder management and financial management • You have strategical and tactical skills with the ability to influence, communicate, and present with a high level of creativity and innovation • You have experience in using of process design and analysis toolsets • You have ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to implement initiatives and change; • You have to assess and understand complex and difficult situations.
Ability to understand the bigger picture when working on a large programme/initative; • You have ability to be flexible and consider wider implications of decisions; • You demonstrate decision making ability using available data and intuition.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A good listener who can quickly extract the critical information from a mass of detail; •You have ability to assess risk within a initiative and recommend appropriate actions/ mitigation plans.
