DUBBING SCHEDULER AND PRODUCTION MANAGER

VSI is a leading international media localisation company, offering multi-lingual versioning services to the world’s most preeminent streaming platforms and media entertainment broadcasters. (https://www.vsi.tv/corporate)The role available is an exciting opportunity to join our Production team in our studios in Madrid.This is a fast-paced role. You will need to be adept at working in close collaboration with our Production teams from our studios in Madrid and Barcelona, as well as with international team abroad, and be someone that can foster deep relationships with our talent partners. Please, note this role will cover tha afternoon shift and that the schedule is Monday-Friday 2 - 10pm.ResponsibilitiesThe dubbing coordinator/production manager handles all forms of audiovisual content, including series, documentaries, and films, for a diverse range of clients. They are responsible for coordinating the logistical aspects of production and managing each project from budgeting to delivery. This role involves closely monitoring every phase of the process in collaboration with various technical, production, and creative teams to ensure that customer expectations are fully met.Key Tasks:Ø Plan production schedules while considering studio availability, project type, priority, and the selected creative team's availability.Ø Prepare agendas and manage reservations for recording sessions, ensuring that rooms and sound technicians are available, and coordinating with the selected artists.Ø Develop the script for the recording session and gather all necessary materials for each session, including contracts, call sheets, and room layouts.Ø Keep calendars and all administrative documentation up to date.Ø Establish the budget at the start of each project and continuously monitor it to optimize time and resources effectively.Ø Understand each client's specific requirements and processes, ensuring that project execution aligns with established guidelines and timelines.Ø Act as a liaison among the different teams involved in each project, maintaining constant communication with the client and addressing any requests or inquiries that arise.QualificationsLinguistic background / studies.Familiarity with the dubbing process and/or experience in the audiovisual industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Fluent in EnglishYou will be the ideal candidate if you have: Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.Ability to multitask simultaneously and prioritize activities in a fast-paced, short-term environment.Flexibility to adapt to circumstances that can change quickly (equipment, working hours).Excellent ability to effectively solve problems and unforeseen events.
