This is a rare opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a blend of corporate and private household experience to join a trusted and professional team.Key Responsibilities:Corporate Investigations: Conduct in-depth investigations into companies and individuals as part of pre-acquisition due diligence processes.Fraud Detection: Analyze financial data, legal documents, and company records to identify potential risks and fraud.Background Checks: Verify the credentials and reputations of individuals and entities to support informed decision-making.Fieldwork & Surveillance: Carry out discreet surveillance and fieldwork assignments as required. A valid driving license is essential.Document Verification: Scrutinize financial, legal, and operational records to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.Candidate Profile:Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in due diligence or corporate investigations.Highly analytical and detail-oriented.Adaptable, discreet, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for communication and reporting.Qualifications:Degree: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
