To do so, the Creative Automation Manager will leverage technology to streamline and optimize creative processes. This role involves using software and algorithms to automate repetitive tasks such as design changes, content creation, and campaign management.Be part of an exciting project and make a difference within the Digital center of Excellence team! We will give you the opportunity to drive an innovative workstream that will change the ways of working of many stakeholders and contribute to the digital transformation of the company.KEY RESPONSABILITIESDigital Assets delivery:Content creation and distribution: Deliver localized digital assets including videos, banners and images on time to the different markets. Quality Control: Ensuring the final outputs meet the required standards. Ensure all digital content adheres to the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all channels. Product catalog maintenance: Implement and manage metadata standards to ensure assets are easily searchable and accessible in our DAM.Digital shelf improvement: Analyze gaps in our existing assets’ coverage, propose and implement plan. Project management:Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects. Automation implementation: Develop and manage automation systems to streamline creative workflows. Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, marketing to identify automation opportunities. Cost management:Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to optimize automated processes and improve efficiency.Budget management: plan for localization needs and track delivery. EXPERTISE & SKILLSExpertise:Digital marketing and ecommerce strategies and best practices (digital shelf, SEO, Digital & Retail Media). Experience in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of automation software and tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms). Understanding of global creative process Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management systems. English speakingSoft skillsOwnership & result orientedCreativity: A creative mindset to understand and enhance creative processes. Problem-solving mindset, solution oriented. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams across EMEA. EXPERIENCEMinimum 3 years of experience with a Proven track record in digital asset creation, management.Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, business school or equivalent.
