You'll be the go-to expert on CSRD compliance, EU Taxonomy Reporting, and crafting strategies that align with corporate sustainability goals—all while leading a purpose-driven team.What You'll DoLead the charge on ESG reporting by providing expert consultancy on data analysis and international standards compliance.Own CSRD & EU Taxonomy Reporting for our clients, ensuring smooth, accurate submissions that shine.Shape the future by developing and executing ESG strategies, collaborating with teams across the company to drive results.Inspire your team—mentor and guide the ESG reporting squad to create reports that wow our clients.Partner with stakeholders to align reporting with corporate goals and best practices.Be the ESG guru by providing insights that elevate corporate reputation and strengthen stakeholder relationships.Storytell with purpose—develop sustainability narratives, communication plans, and campaigns that resonate with international clients.Engage in thought leadership, media outreach, and events to champion our ESG initiatives.What You BringFluent in Spanish and English with next-level communication skills.Base location Madrid or London.Proven leadership chops in ESG reporting and team management.Deep knowledge of CSRD, EU Taxonomy Reporting, and frameworks like GRI, TCFD, and CDP.A track record of crafting and implementing tailored ESG strategies that deliver real results.Your Day-to-DayCollaborate with internal teams to collect and analyse ESG data for customized, client-tailored reporting.Ensure full compliance with CSRD and EU Taxonomy Reporting, while offering consultancy to up clients’ ESG game.Lead team meetings, engage stakeholders and stay sharp on the latest ESG trends and best practices.Perks & FlexibilityWork your way with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, providing top-tier consultancy services to clients and stakeholders.We value diversity and understand imposter syndrome can creep in—so even if you don’t meet every criterion, we still want to hear from you!
