With a 35-year foundation in hardware and software supply chain augmenting our deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity and intelligent edge, we guide organizations through complex digital decisions to achieve extraordinary results.At Insight we have an amazing opportunity for an Executive Account Manager to join our successful team based in Madrid.Key duties and responsabilities:Build key business C-level and IT management relationships within the assigned clients and engage through proactive and effective in-person sales activities.Identify, manage and close new opportunities in assigned clients with innovative technological solutions leveraging Hyperscaler, Data, AI, Security and Services solutions.Develop and maintain an annual business plan for the assigned portfolio, that articulates the strategy to deliver results in the key areas of focus for the assigned sales segment and enables our strategic ambition of securing recurring services revenues.Be accountable for the achievement of revenue and profit-based targets, also build and maintain accurate reporting of the pipeline, forecast, and activity.Lead the creation and implementation of strategic account plans for each client in the portfolio based upon client pain points and subsequent business goals.Identify opportunities to develop and position Insight’s solution offerings to improve the maturity of business relationships, create consulting services growth, hardware and software growth, services revenue growth, generate new lines of business and enhance the value delivered to clients.Promote new ideas and solutions to Insight’s clients and proactively engage with cross-functional stakeholders internally to help support and manage client needs.Conduct frequent progress reviews against client account plans and proactively put in place corrective measures for plans which are off track.Own tender/bid engagement across the assigned portfolio.Find new prospects from both inbound as well as self-identified leads.Skills/Experience required:5 or more years of consultative and sales experience in technology (consulting services and software). Experience selling Hyperscaler, Cybersecurity and AI solutions is highly valued.Able to evidence prior success and overachievement of targets.High level of written and spoken English and Spanish.Demonstrates knowledge of modern business processes and trends and the impact of leading edge IT solutions.Ability to quickly build rapport and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business and challenges and credibly provide solutions.Proficient in sales strategy, tactical/strategic account management, planning and forecasting, pipeline management and negotiation skills.Clear ability to collaborate across teams (pre-sales, operations, marketing, etc.)Insight is an equal opportunity employer and we’re committed to achieving diversity and equality within our organization.
