FINANCIAL SERVICES B2B PRODUCT MANAGER

Role Purpose The main purpose of this role is to lead the development & implementation of the B2B Financial Services products portfolio within the organization.
This role supports the business objectives and drives growth for the Business solutions in the Financial Services.
Key Accountabilities and Decision ownership.
Product Management •    Manages Vodafone Egypt’s B2B FS product portfolio life cycle overseeing the Commercial design, and tactical activities to all business segments.
•    Manages the customer segmentations in the B2B market.
•    Accountable for all business product propositions, marketing, and go-to-market deliverables.
Market & Competitive Positioning.
•    Market research/competitive analysis to decide the latest features/propositions to be implemented on the product following up to achieve it.
Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience.
●    Deep business acumen and demonstrated experience in leading complex teams ●    Highly aware of new technologies and emerging global service delivery trends ●    Excellent commercial background ●    Attention to details and ability to deliver through others to achieve business objectives.
●    Experience in merchant payment, Acquiring Business Commercial Management, Previous Experience in activities consumer finance merchant is a plus.
Must have technical / professional qualifications.
●    BSc degree in business, marketing or relevant field ●    Minimum 8 years’ experience in high-tech/fintech industry ●    Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Enterprise B2B market.
●    Excellent Technical knowledge of fintech technology and trends as well as business development/sales strategies ●    Excellent knowledge of product life cycle.
●    Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills ●    Deep understanding of Digital business Sales/marketing.
