Visit avoltaworld.comAbout the role:The Area Manager F&B reports into the Country F&B Operations Manager.Key responsibilities:Responsible for the operations of the open points of sale.Coordination of the Restaurant Managers in their daily functions.Overseeing compliance with company procedures and policies on food operations and food safety.Training of management teams in opening and implementation of new procedures to be developed.Monitoring of operational KPI's of the outlets.Overseeing compliance with food safety and HACCP procedures.Monitoring of personnel costs, staffing levels and shift planning of the outlets.Introduction of continuous operational improvements according to sales requirements.Supervision of product cost through daily management tools, correct execution of procedures and inventories.Collaborate in the development and expansion.What we are looking for:Professional with 10 or more years of experience who has developed his career in the area of operations and training in organized catering groups.Previous training as Restaurant Manager (manager) and Area Manager. Availability to travel 50% of the time within the national territory.Analytical, problem solving, able to prioritize and able to take a practical approach when needed.Core skills:Customer oriented.Leadership and communication skills.Large work force management skills.Organizational and analytical decision-making skills.Initiative and stress management.Enthusiasm and positive attitude.Problem solving skills.Flexible schedule.
