The primary goal is to deliver projects within the desired quality and budget.
They act as main point of contact for all project related activities and accountable for overall success of the projects.
Key Responsibilities Project Initiation.
• Define project scope, objectives & deliverables.
Identify key stakeholders and establish communication channels.
Conduct feasibility studies.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and delivery.
Project Planning.
• Project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, budget & risks.
Responsible for communication and stakeholder management.
Secures project team commitments.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall growth and success of the organization.
Project Execution.
• Coordinate project activities, assign tasks and monitor progress.
Manages resources efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Stakeholder management • Engage with project stakeholders to understand their needs, manager their expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
Risk Management • Identify potential risks that could impact the project.
Role Qualifications Core competencies, knowledge, and experience.
● Excellent Communication and stakeholder management.
● Cross-functional communication & influencing skills.
● Attention to details and ability to deliver through others to achieve business objectives.
● Presentation skills is very important Must have technical / professional qualifications.
