GLOBAL PROGRAM MANAGER - PEOPLE SYSTEM (HRIS)

Multinational company Great opportunity ¿Dónde vas a trabajar? Reporting to the Global People Manager, the Global Program Manager - People Systems is responsible for leading the comprehensive People transformation initiatives from both operational and People Information Systems perspectives.
This role is pivotal in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and modernization of People processes and systems across the organization.
Descripción Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for People transformation initiatives (People Talent system and LMS), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of People processes and systems globally.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for People process optimization and technology enhancements.
Oversee the end-to-end management of People transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, including IT, finance, and external vendors.
Evaluate and redesign People operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and standardized procedures across all People functions.
Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local People regulations and standards.
Lead the selection, implementation, and management of People platforms to support People operations and strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure understanding and buy-in.
Provide training and support to People teams and end-users on new systems and processes.
Develop and maintain People policies, procedures, and documentation.
Utilize People analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
Develop and deliver regular reports on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in People management, with a focus on People operations and systems.
Proven experience in leading large-scale People transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of People processes, systems, and best practices.
Experience with People platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, LMS or similar.
Language.
English (fluent), Spanish (basic) Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
